The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics Global Science Summit & Gala Scholarships (FAST Global Science Summit & Gala Scholarships) provide support to assist individuals to attend the annual FAST Global Science Summit & Gala.

These scholarships are generously made possible by FAST in partnership with Maddie’s Mission Foundation, a family who knows firsthand what this journey feels like and wants others to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by hope.

"It was so special to attend the FAST Conference & Gala as a scholarship family. We’re so deeply grateful to everyone who made it possible. We went into the weekend hopeful, but left feeling something even greater connected, inspired, and so supported. As a mom of three, it’s not always easy to step away, but this experience filled my cup in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.

We met incredible families, learned so much, and felt the strength of this community in such a meaningful way." - a 2025 FAST Global Science & Summit Scholarship Winner
