Nonprofit Leader and Attorney Alice Rodd O’Rourke, JD Joins FAST Board of Directors

The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics (FAST) is proud to welcome Alice Rodd O’Rourke to its Board of Directors.

Ms. Rodd O’Rourke has guided leading nonprofit, private, and public sector organizations through periods of transformation and growth. She has served as national chief revenue officer for the Make-a-Wish America Foundation and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and VP of the American Red Cross. She also served as CEO of the Wolf Conservation Center (interim), Project Hospitality (interim), the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, and the New York New Media Association.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, career includes senior roles at Colgate Palmolive company, New York State, and prominant law firms. Ms. Rodd O’Rourke is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar and has taught business law as an adjunct professor. She has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business and the New York Daily News for her leadership and influence.

Ms. Rodd O’Rourke career has centered on helping mission-driven organizations turn bold goals into real-world outcomes through strong governance, clear strategy, and teams that can execute. At FAST, we’re particularly grateful to have her guidance as we build an ambitious fundraising department focused on ensuring that every program in our Roadmap to a Cure has the resources needed to move forward with urgency, focus, and momentum. We are grateful to have her leadership on the FAST Board as we push progress forward.
