Alice Rodd O’Rourke has guided leading nonprofit, private, and public sector organizations through transformation and growth. Her philanthropic leadership includes:
CEO roles at Wolf Conservation Center, Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, and New York New Media Association.
Chief Revenue Officer positions at Make-A-Wish America Foundation and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as Vice President, Fundraising, American Red Cross.
Alice’s nonprofit approach emphasizes excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness—ensuring mission-driven work is supported by strong business practices that sustain impact. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney before moving into legal and executive roles at Colgate-Palmolive. Alice later led strategic business development for global law firms, technology associations, New York State government, and the ROR Group.
She holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Biology and Psychology from Manhattanville College. Alice has served on nonprofit boards, taught business law as an adjunct professor, and earned interim nonprofit executive certifications.
She has two children, Loughlin Rodd and Aiden Rodd. Alice enjoys hiking , travel, gastronomy, and geopolitics.
