Newly Diagnosed Welcome Packet

You were just told your loved one has been diagnosed with Angelman syndrome. FAST understands the emotions you must be feeling right now, leaving you with questions. We would like you to know that you are not alone. We are here for you, to provide you support and resources to help you navigate through this diagnosis.

By filling out the form below, you will be emailed a special welcome packet and be connected with our FAST Community Advocate Leader. 

For parents who have a US mailing address and have received this diagnosis within the last 6 months, you have the option to receive a special welcome gift.
