FAST Germany’s Wachgeküsst campaign

FAST Germany has relaunched its inspiring campaign titled "Wachgeküsst" ("Awakened with a Kiss") to raise awareness and funding for Angelman syndrome. This campaign, now in its second phase, builds on the tremendous success of its 2020 launch, which raised €360,000. The funds from the first campaign enabled the establishment of the first Angelman syndrome Clinic in Munich, a milestone achievement for the community.

In this new chapter, "Wachgeküsst" aims to raise an ambitious €250,000 to further support research initiatives aimed at improving the lives of those affected by Angelman syndrome. The campaign features prominent German celebrities, including actor Jürgen Vogel, the “godfather” of the Angelman syndrome organization in Germany, who have lent their voices to this crucial cause.

The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive. A major German news station has already spotlighted "Wachgeküsst," sharing it on their social media platforms and significantly amplifying its reach and impact.
