How works~
This is the fun part!
You need to nominate another family (you can not nominate yourself and only AS families can nominate other AS families). Submit a video nominating another family that is deserving to attend the 2015 Summit & Gala! Tell the team at Vivint about their child. You can be funny or heartfelt - just be convincing!! That's all!
Your video should be no longer than one minute. Videos are due by midnight CST on August 31, 2015.

- Entries only open to Angelman Syndrome families;
- Travel bookings will be made by Vivint in consultation with winners.
- Winners will be responsible for travel insurance if required
- Winners will be responsible for any incidentals incurred at the Hyatt (room service, movies, etc).
