FAST presents at the Israeli Angelman Syndrome Foundation Conference

FAST & ASF, along with Ionis and Ultragenyx, presented at the Israeli Angelman Syndrome Foundation Conference last weekend at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv. The Israeli Angelman Syndrome Foundation is led by Eitan Shay and Efrat Rabinovitch, both parents of a child who lives with Angelman syndrome. These two have volunteered their time for over a decade to bring promise and hope to their community. Last weekend marks a big milestone bringing their dedication to fruition.

Eitan attended his first FAST Gala in 2012. The Israeli Angelman Syndrome Foundation was formed shortly after and with the work of Eitan and Efrat in partnership with Dr. Gali Heimer, the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv became an ASF Clinic and a clinical trial site for Ionis.

It was an honor for FAST to join the 8th Annual conference as a first time guest and present our Roadmap to a Cure 2.0 to the Israeli community. We look forward to partnering with them in the future!
