A Message from Krista
I’m truly excited to be part of FAST and feel fortunate to have found another nonprofit where I can show up every day with purpose and pride. I’m passionate about making a difference and am eager to work alongside the inspiring families in the FAST community. Before applying for this role, I hadn’t heard of Angelman syndrome, but I’m committed to learning more directly from our dedicated fundraisers. Let’s come together to spread the FAST mission far and wide and raise critical funds for this important research!
Fun Facts:
I quite literally took fundraising to new heights—by skydiving as part of a fundraising challenge for a great cause!
I enjoy running, though with two young kids, it’s harder to find the time. I completed my first (and only!) marathon at the 2018 Philadelphia Marathon.
I’ve loved theater since third grade and continued performing through college. I’m a proud theater geek who sings every word to my favorite musicals—just ask my family (my kids are already embarrassed). Nothing beats the joy of seeing a live show, especially on Broadway!
I love to laugh, connect with others, and bring positivity to any room. At my last job, I was even part of what we lovingly called the “happiness vortex.”
