A Message from Ana:

I am excited to join FAST at this pivotal moment and scientific progress. I am also so excited about this role because it sits at the intersection of science, execution, and impact – where I do my best work. I bring a strong track record of driving cross-functional drug development programs with clear governance, practical problem-solving, and milestone discipline. My goal is simple: accelerate high-quality decisions and outcomes that advance the mission and bring promising science closer to patients.

How will you support FAST’s mission:

As Director of Program and Alliance Management, I will translate the company’s scientific vision into disciplined, execution-ready programs that move early research toward therapeutic development. I will lead cross-functional planning and governance to keep grant-funded and discovery programs on schedule, within scope, and aligned to critical milestones. By combining scientific literacy with rigorous program management, I will identify risks early, remove operational bottlenecks, and maintain momentum across the portfolio. I will strengthen collaboration and communication among internal teams, external partners, academic groups, CROs, and industry stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution. This approach will accelerate high-quality outcomes and directly support the FAST’s mission to advance promising science into impactful therapies.
