Ian and Lisa Hoffman joined the Angelman syndrome community a year ago after receiving the diagnosis of AS for their son, Heath. They quickly integrated into the community in a variety of ways including hosting their inaugural Hole Out Fore Heath Golf Tournament in New Smyrna Beach, Florida last weekend. They had 144 golfers, a silent auction, raffles, a putting contest, and more. FAST vice-chairs Kelly David and Kristy Dixon joined them, along with various members of their community.
